In the Kitchen: Joy of Cooking’s One-Pan Pasta with Tomatoes and Herbs

Added: Trader Joe’s Sweet Italian Chicken Sausages, 6 oz of tomato paste, mushrooms, Casetlvetrano green olives, and a 1/2 cup of dry white wine.
Omitted: oregano and basil
Note to self: Sauce had far too much liquid. Drain diced tomatoes before adding.
